We strive to keep our overheads as low as possible, so you are paying for our insight and expertise – not our costs.
We offer a number of different ways of paying for our services, so you can select the method that is right for you.
The options include monthly retainers, fixed fees and hourly rates.
Monthly Retainer Plan
While hourly rates can be cost effective for infrequent or limited work, many clients prefer the certainty of a fixed price option such as our retainer plan.
The scope of the retainer will be discussed prior to commencement of any work.
A Retainer Plan is fixed for 3 months. We will review the scope and cost of the retainer with you every three months, with an option for either of us to terminate. Disbursements including travel expenses are charged additionally.
Fixed Price Services
- IP Insight review – £500
- IP Insight Strategic Review (IPSI) – £5,000 – £10,000
- IP Training – (by arrangement) based on £2,500 per day

Hourly Rate
- Nick Kounoupias (CEO) – £400 per hour
- Marion Horwood (IP Consultant) – £250 per hour
- Trademark Services – £200 per hour
